Staff selection commission(SSC) is going to coduct a written examination for recruitment of Tax Assistant Non Gazetted Group C ministerial posts in various commissionerated of Central Board of Direct Taxes(CBDT) and Central Board of Excise and Customs(CBEC).

Age:20 to 27 years as on 30/10/2009.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline and should have data entry speed of 8000 key dpression per hpur on computer.
Fee: Rs.100 (NO fee for SC/ST/PH and ex servicemen) by means of central recruitment fee stamp (CRFS) only, available at all head post office.

Completed application in prescribed format can be sent to regional offices of the SSC. Envelope containing appication should superscribe as "Application for tax assisatant Exam 2009" and the name centre, code of the centre and category in capital letter on left hand side corner.

Last date: 30/10/2009 and 06/11/2009 for far flung area.
