1.HR TRAINEE Code no. HLL/HR/104/2009
Qualification:-
MSW/MBA (HR)/MA (Social Work)with specialisations in Personnel Management, Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations or Bachelors Degree with 2 yrs Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and HRD from NIPM or reputed institutions.

Age limit:- 30 years

Stipend:-
1st year-Rs.4000/-p.m.
2nd year-Rs.4500/-p.m.
3rd year-Rs.5500/-p.m.

2.GRADUATE TRAINEES Code no. HLL/HR/105/2009
Qualification:-
Graduates in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics with minimum First Class and passed out in the yrs 2005 - 2009.

Age limit:- 30 years

Stipend:-
1st year-Rs.3500/-p.m.
2nd year-Rs.4250/-p.m.
3rd year-Rs.5000/-p.m.
