- Original Challan (if applicable) and

- Printout of any of the Confirmation Mails and / or

- Application printed during the On-Line Registration or

- Printout of Screenshot of successful registration indicating the Reg.No. and Password or

- any other satisfactory proof of submission of application on-line through the Bank's given links.
